WHEN YOUR SITE FALLS BEHIND

Your website should tell today’s story.

Maybe your programs have changed. Maybe people struggle to find eligibility details or ways to volunteer. Or inquiries arrive without a clear way for your team to follow up.

The message feels dated.

Your website does not reflect your current programs, priorities, or community.

The next step is unclear.

People have to work too hard to find a program, volunteer, or get in touch.

The pieces feel disconnected.

Content updates, forms, and follow-up take more effort than they should.

WHAT WE BUILD TOGETHER

A stronger website. From story to setup.

Nonprofit website design brings your mission, program information, and ways to get involved into a clear digital experience. We scope the content, CMS, forms, integrations, testing, and handoff around your team and budget.

A clearer story

Page structure, messaging, and copywriting that explain your mission, who you serve, and how people can get involved.

A better experience

Design that reflects your identity and makes your website easy to explore on a phone, tablet, or desktop.

A foundation for discovery

Search-friendly page structure, metadata, and technical setup. Clear service content helps people and answer engines understand your organization.

A useful next step

Forms, booking, and calls to action built around the way people find services, volunteer, attend, or give. Program inquiries, donation-platform connections, and CRM integrations can be included in scope.

A site your team can manage

WordPress, Webflow, or a custom website backed by a CMS such as Sanity, selected around your needs and capacity.

Visibility into performance

Agreed analytics and conversion tracking so you can see how visitors find your site and where they take action.

SIMPLISE · FOUNDER-BUILT WEBSITE EXAMPLE

One startup. Two audiences.

Simplise is a startup I’m building that connects healthcare organizations with consultants, specialists, and agencies. As a new startup, it needed an online presence that explained the value to both sides of its marketplace.

FOR HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS

Find the expertise. Move the project forward.

Explain how Simplise helps organizations connect with expertise relevant to their healthcare challenges.

  • Speak to the need for qualified outside help.
  • Make AI-assisted matching and human review easy to understand.
  • Give organizations a clear path to discuss their project.
FOR CONSULTANTS & AGENCIES

Bring your expertise. Find relevant opportunities.

Show independent experts and boutique firms why Simplise is a focused way to connect with healthcare organizations.

  • Lead with project fit and relevant expertise.
  • Explain the value of joining the provider network.
  • Give providers a clear path to an introductory conversation.
THE WEBSITE APPROACH

One clear story. A distinct path for each audience.

A shared introduction to Simplise, with dedicated organization and provider pages. Each page connects audience-specific messaging to a focused booking action, with a measurement plan for the conversations that follow.

Different audiences need different paths.

The useful connection for a nonprofit is the audience structure. A person looking for a service needs different information from someone volunteering or supporting the work. The same planning principle gives each audience a relevant message and next step while keeping the organization's story connected.

Simplise is a founder-built startup example, not a nonprofit client engagement. The screenshots show the website's content and audience paths; no conversion or growth results are claimed.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we get started.

Do you redesign existing websites or build new ones?

Both. We can refresh an existing site or build a new one. The assessment helps determine whether your current structure and platform support your goals.

Is website copywriting included?

Yes. Website projects include copywriting for the pages agreed in scope. You review and approve the messaging, design, and final website before launch.

Which website platforms do you work with?

We work with WordPress, Webflow, and custom websites backed by a content management system such as Sanity. We recommend an approach based on your requirements, integrations, and how your team will maintain the site.

Can you connect the website to our CRM or donation platform?

Yes, where applicable. Program inquiries, volunteer forms, donation-platform links, and CRM integrations are assessed during scoping. We confirm compatibility with your existing tools before agreeing the work.

How much does a website project cost, and how long does it take?

Fees and timelines depend on the pages, content, functionality, and integrations involved. A free discovery call and no-charge assessment help us define the scope and agree the fee and schedule before work begins.

Who owns the website, and what happens after launch?

You own the work and accounts. Handoff, training, and documentation are agreed in scope. Ongoing website maintenance is available through a separate scoped contract. Software and hosting fees are paid directly by the client.

Do you work with nonprofits outside the Hudson Valley?

Yes. We serve the Hudson Valley, NYC, and beyond from Orange County, NY. We can work remotely with nonprofit teams outside the region.
